Two women Nobel Peace Laureates, Jody Williams and Shirin Ebadi, address the staff of the Central Tibetan Administration at the Nyatri Hall, Dharamshala, on October 01, 2014. Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay and Kalon for the Dept. of Information and International Relations Ms. Dicki Chhoyang also joined the talk. The talk was organised by the Tibet Policy Institute.
